  1. Abu Dhabi, Dubai & Sharjah: 1 - 2 Business Days
  2. All other Emirates: 2 - 3 Business Days
  3. GCC Countries: 7 - 8 Business Days

We always endeavor to deliver on time but sometimes delays are inevitable, and we will notify you of the same beforehand. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.

Important note: Please note that all estimated shipping times stated are based on normal conditions. Occasionally, we do experience heavy shipping volumes, especially during the Sale seasons. Also, do note that customs in some countries do take longer times to clear and scan incoming packages, which explains for the difference in the estimated shipping times stated above.

How much does the delivery cost?

Delivery fee is AED 20 for all orders below AED 200.

We offer free delivery on all orders above AED 200.

We have collaborated with Time Express to provide you with the best shipping experience.

How long does the delivery take?

Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Depending on your residential area (as mentioned above), the shipping company will delivery your order within 1 - 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are shipped on the following day.

Can I track my shipment?

After your order is shipped, you can track the status of your delivery.

If you are a member, you can view the status of your shipment via “Shipping Details” link located under “My Orders” in “My Account” page.

If you checked out as a guest, you can always contact our Customer support team on 04-2962220 or send an email to to know the tracking details of your order.

Do I need to show my ID when my order arrives?

Yes, please keep your valid ID handy to show our delivery partner when they deliver your order. Accepted forms of ID include either your passport or Emirates ID.

Can somebody else accept my delivery?

Yes, another person can receive your order on your behalf at the address specified on your order. To do so they must show our delivery partner a valid ID of their own (Passport or Emirates ID)

What happens if I miss the delivery?

You can call on 04-2962220 or send an email to to reschedule your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

As of now we are only shipping within UAE.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

You can change the delivery address if your order has still not been shipped. Please notify us via email about the address change. 

Separate packages

If your received package seems to be missing any items, please do not worry! We do ship orders in multiple/separate packages every now and then, due to weight restrictions and to facilitate faster shipping once an item is in our warehouse. Simply drop us an email in contact us page and we'll take care of it right away.
