Return Policy

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.

We do not accept:

- Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.

- Products that have been used, altered, unless they are defective.

Of course, we will take back defective products.

I just cancelled an order, When will i get my refund?

Here’s how your refund works:

  1. If you've paid for your order by Credit or Debit Card, your refund will be credited to your card or bank account after deduction of a 5 percent card fee. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 10-15 business days to process the transaction.
  2. All the returns will be processed after a quality check which usually takes 24 hours after receiving the items.
  3. Returns are accepted within 24hrs of receiving your package. We only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Please pack and ship the items you wish to return with all tags attached. 

NOTE : Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email us :

- Your order number
- Product name of the item you wish to return
- Reason for requesting a refund

Defective Products Received

We always do our best to check all items carefully before we ship them to you. However, in the unlikely event of a defective product received on your end, simply send us an email or call us within 3 business days, and we'll either send you a new piece, or issue you a store credit voucher if the item you ordered is no longer in stock.

Received the wrong item(s)

We do our best to make sure that all items are checked carefully before we ship them out, in accordance with your order details. However, in the event where we make a mistake and send a wrong item instead, please do not worry. We'll take care of it promptly and ensure that you receive what you ordered and we will send you the replacement. Just drop us an email or call us and we'll handle it right away.

Missing item(s) 

If you received a package and it does not include all items, please relax. Sometimes items are shipped separately due to weight restrictions or coming from a different warehouse. Simply email us or call with your order number and item(s) received, and we will track your missing items. 

Will my VAT be refunded when my products are returned?

Yes, your VAT will be refunded to you. Just make sure that you include your invoice when you make a return.

If i decide I dont want my order when its being delivered, can i return it directly to your delivery partner?

Yes, you can return your order with 24hrs from delivery.
